Founder

Vaibhav Rathi

Founder

As an EdTech entrepreneur and current MBA student at University Canada West Vancouver , my journey from student to founder has been marked by passion and determination. My aspiration to study overseas for my master’s degree faced significant challenges, including a difficult phase when I was admitted to the University of San Francisco but ultimately dropped out of the program. Missing that golden opportunity left me feeling shattered and at rock bottom, but I emerged from this roller-coaster ride with renewed motivation. I learned that persistence is key. Achieving one’s dreams requires immense self-motivation and the right mindset.
With over 6 years of experience in the industry and having counseled more than 500 students, I have gained a deep understanding of the diverse needs of students and the obstacles they face in pursuing their ambitions. During this journey, I discovered that many universities worldwide offer scholarships for international students, aimed at promoting high-quality education and diversity for underdeveloped and developing nations. However, awareness among the student community in Asia about the opportunities available for studying abroad remains limited, often leaving it accessible only to the affluent. This realization underscored for me the importance of mentorship and guidance for the younger generation.
With age on their side, young minds, if guided with counseling, play a vital role in the professional development of an individual.
I believe that the mental well-being of students is often overlooked. The process of preparing for study abroad can be tedious, and students frequently face challenges that they keep to themselves. My goal is to support aspirants during these tough times and foster an environment where they can master the art of performing under pressure. This skill is crucial not only for academic success but for life. By helping students manage their nerves, they can perform efficiently on test days or during interviews.
One of the most common challenges students face is maintaining focus and being present throughout a test. This can be achieved through the implementation of effective practices.
